Our jewelry is crafted from premium materials, including sterling silver, gold vermeil, 14K/18K gold, stainless steel, freshwater pearls, and high-quality gemstones. Each piece undergoes strict quality inspection to ensure long-lasting shine and durability.


2. Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

Yes. Most of our pieces are nickel-free and hypoallergenic, making them suitable for sensitive skin. If you have concerns about a specific item, feel free to contact us for more details.


3. How long will it take to receive my order?

U.S. domestic delivery typically arrives within:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Processing time is usually 1–2 business days before shipment.


4. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


5. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, our primary focus is on U.S. domestic shipping. If you need an International Shipping Policy drafted or plan to ship globally later, we can expand this section anytime.


6. What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us immediately.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the address.
If it has already shipped, we are unable to modify it, and additional reshipping fees may apply once the package is returned to us.

If your package is marked as Delivered but you can’t find it:
